Two Oregon witnesses observed a low flying, bright, red light at the tree line level that “was sort of pulsating” on February 22, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

This object may have been what I saw the night before. What I saw
was an extremely bright pulsating light that turned into a
red/orange translucent object moving west. Please, if anyone has
